PrimeTime! is a very active workshop designed to keep participants engaged and to provide opportunities for skill-development and learning. The philosophy behind the workshop is that overall organizational performance can be substantially impacted if members of organizations have tangible skills for influencing others.

When Perim Consulting delivers PrimeTime! for a client, the workshop is always integrated within the framework of that organization’s values, goals and needs. As skills are learned throughout the workshop, participants come to understand the context through which the skills are being taught by the consistent linking of skill development to the needs and any existing vision and/or values identified by the organization. This assists in the learning process and serves to enhance and promote the organization’s values and unique culture.

PrimeTime! is a two-day workshop that is greatly enhanced when a follow-up day with a Perim Consulting facilitator is scheduled within six weeks of the initial delivery. Many opportunities abound for other skill development enhancements and a unique plan is created for each client organization. Behaviors developed through the PrimeTime! workshop can be integrated into an organization’s Performance Management system, and managers can undergo additional training for helping to coach their direct reports in effective skill-usage.
