Participant Feedback from a Recent PrimeTime!
Workshop
An
organization recently chose to have all of its
employees participate in this workshop. This ensured
that all contributors within the company would have
the tools necessary to influence their environment.
Participants
were invited to share their feedback anonymously...

"I am
not alone. I can feel free to bring my concerns,
problems, fears, etc. to any of my co-workers from the
bottom to the top of the ladder without fear of
ridicule or retribution."

"…great
skills to use. Invigorating and inspiring. Helpful.
The rewards will be huge for (our company) and our
team members. Went very well!"

"I
thought it was very insightful. I feel more
comfortable with going to my manager with any problem.
I feel the communication in the company will be a lot
better."

"PrimeTime!
has been a learning process. I hope to crawl in the
newly learned skills, and to eventually walk and then
to run with new skills. I have been motivated to stop
putting things on the back burner and to be more
goal-oriented with action taken to meet these new
goals. Thank you."

"…the
confidence and skills needed to approach the ‘managers’
and get information I need and to solve problems
efficiently."

"PrimeTime!
has helped me realize that I need to practice
listening effectively—without my usual interrupting
and interjecting. The L.I.F.E. skill is the most
valuable thing that I have learned here. This was the
best workshop I have attended—due to your
facilitation, the content, and most of all due to the
willingness of everyone to take chances and to learn!
Thank you!"

"Gave
me more of a feeling that I am the one to take control
of my life."

"PrimeTime!
has opened a whole new way of communicating for me. I
know it is something I will always keep with me and
will always use. Thank you."

"PrimeTime!
has meant a lot to me. It helped me grow a lot and
understand that you can come together with
understanding."

"Taking
charge of my destiny."

In
addition to the skill development that took place,
employees were challenged at the beginning of the
workshop to identify an area at work where they felt
they were somehow blocked from being either fully
engaged or fully productive (areas such as training,
equipment, challenging relationships, compensation,
etc.) in their workplace performance. By the end of
the workshop, fully 98% of this company’s
employees had committed to taking action to
address the issue they had identified for themselves.
This is what Perim Consulting is all about: helping
people take initiative and responsibility at work and
helping them develop tangible skills in order
to take action. |
