has been the best class that I have ever taken in my
career! The curriculum is great and the facilitators

did the trainer(s) do to impact the value of this
program?
"For
there to be a "value" the trainers need to
exhibit commitment, program knowledge, integrity,
enthusiasm, foster safety and exude energy. I believe
these trainers did exactly that! To this program they
brought the life and intensity required
for the learners to be impacted so that the content
will be retained, utilized, and shared among
others."

were phenomenal! They modeled the way. They made
learning safe, fun, interactive – a place
where you looked forward to going to each day.
They kept the class engaged and kept the
class moving forward from activity to activity and
from point to point. They provided a great foundation
and gave us tools to build on that foundation

curtain" secrets of a trainer – very helpful!"

"I
will have many changed behaviors as a result of the
program. I have the confidence to bring to the field
new ideas, practices, and understanding. My style of
presentation will be that of a facilitator so as to
foster the learning of all participants and to
maintain their learning throughout the program. New
strategies within the facilitation process, ideas from
other participants, chart ideas, coaching techniques,
and pitfalls to anticipate. Awesome."
"Always
begin with the end in mind. Create a safe environment
for the trainee's to learn. Focus on trainees needs,
not my own in the classroom."
"Use
more visuals and rely on them less. Focus on adult
learning principles."
